Terms of service
1. Acceptance
By accessing and using NextURL (nexturl.app), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service. NextURL is operated by Vasilache Claudiu-Gabriel PFA, CUI 52647701, Iași, Romania.
2. Acceptable use
You may not create links pointing to: malware, phishing, ransomware, explicit pornographic content, illegal content under Romanian/EU law, hate speech, financial scams, or content infringing intellectual property rights.
Brandjacking — creating a link that impersonates a known brand to mislead users — is prohibited and will result in immediate link deactivation.
3. Reserved slugs
Certain slugs are reserved and unavailable to regular users: system slugs (/api, /admin, /r, etc.) and brand slugs (Nike, Apple, Orange, etc.). Allocation policy is first come, first served for available slugs. If a reserved slug is rightfully yours (you are the official brand representative), contact us at legal@nexturl.app.
4. Abuse reporting
Any user may report an abusive link via the abuse reporting page. We investigate within 24-48 hours and may deactivate the specific link (not the entire account) if the report is valid.
5. Billing
Free plan is available without payment. Pro and Business plans are monthly subscriptions processed via Stripe. Prices include VAT. You may cancel anytime; Pro access remains active until end of the paid period. We do not offer partial refunds, except as required by law (14-day right of withdrawal for consumers under EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
6. Limitation of liability
NextURL is not responsible for the content linked to by user-created short links. Total liability to any user shall not exceed amounts paid in the last 3 months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes may be resolved through Romanian courts or alternative dispute resolution (ANPC / SOL EU platform).
